Would like to replace macbook case

Hi
I want to replace my macbook case. It is getting scratched and discolored and would like to replace it. I have the white macbook and was thinking of switching to a black case. I would need the outer case, keyboard, and trackpad. My question is where can I get the case and are there any tutorials on how to do so? Cost?

The colored vehicle skins would likely be the least expensive, as case parts tend to be pricey.

Getting the stuff in a solid color instead of clear, or printable, would allow a quick color change for cheap.

I think I misworded my post. I want to replace the macbook shell. The actual white plastic is discolored and has small cracks. I want to switch from a white shell to a black shell.

If the machine works ... use it and keep the money for the next machine.

With $500, you're already halfway to a new Macbook. So terribly not worth it.

Your best bet is iFixit but let me tell you, it will not be cheap or easy. Expect to spend a couple days and at least half the new cost of your computer.
