Would love to see the Chronometer app be allowed on the Watch

I know Apple is not approving any time-telling/watch face apps on the Watch, but I sure hope they loosen up on that. The Emerald Chronometer app that I have had on my iPhone for years (and the associated Observatory app on my iPad) look great and would give lots of nice new faces to the Watch.
