Would nobody find out if my phone is JB?

I have a few questions about jailbreak. Have tried searching for previous answers - unsuccessfully.

1: Is it possible TOTALLY hide that the iPhone is jailbreaked? Or would it always (if you know about jailbreak and have the code) be possible to see it somewhere on the phone?

2: Is there an app that can send a spam email (look alike) to my mail, which is an indication / notification that I have received an SMS in another hidden app?

I mean, you're going to want to keep Cydia on the device, otherwise there's no point in jailbreaking, thus people could just look for Cydia if they have the passcode. But why worry about that?

Not that I know of. You might be able to get something similar to what you want with IFTT though (no jailbreak required)
