I think the title pretty much says it all... ;)

My fiance upgraded the RAM in his Mini, so the OEM memory has nothing to do and we thought it might find a home in the iMac G5 that is currently on its way to me. I think it's a Rev. A unless I get a mystery upgrade. I noticed the specs are a bit different, namely that the OEM Mini RAM is "slower"...would this create problems if I were to put it in the 2nd RAM slot in the iMac?

The Mini G4 officially is specced with PC2700 RAM. Often, however it was shipped with PC3200. If it is PC2700 (333 MHz) then you are out of luck. If it is PC3200 (400 Mhz) it may work in the Rev A and B iMac G5

Thanks
Trevor
