Would the Aiptek AHD200 High Definition Camcorder connect with iMovie09?

I am considering buying this camera as it has all the qualities I am looking for. However I currently have iMove08 I know it will work on this, but I would like to buy iMovie09 would the camera still be compatable? Also does it have sound whilst recording?
 
It records in h.264 in a .mov container, so it will work fine with iMovie '09. It has a mic that records in mono.
