Would there be a noticeable performance dip going from 2011 iMac (BASE) to 13" rMBP (BASE)?

Considering picking up a 13" rMBP, and a Thunderbolt Display and selling my 2011 iMac.

My iMac still has the original 4GB of RAM. So I'd be going to 8GB.

But I am concerned about that Intel 4000 graphics chipset. I currently have AMD 6750M in my iMac. Also would be going from Quad Core i5 to Dual Core i5.

Opinions?
