Hi everyone,

This battery apparently works in 2011 & 2012 model MacBook Air's, and I was wondering if it would also work in a 2013 model?

Thanks.

Have a good look at ifixit. the 2012 and mid 2013 have diff battery part numbers. So i would say no.

Of course they have, the capacity differs...
The question is whether it will fit, not if they are the same. I would say 50/50, as in theory there should be the same amount of space, but they could have changed something like connector place/size or slightly altered the shape etc...

All I want to say is, my experience with 3rd party batteries are not good. Cheap to buy but nowhere near to hold charge for what original was and total working cycle count much less than original.

Even the capacity/voltage can effect the usability. Just a slight difference in voltage could cause the MBA to reject it.
