Would this be a legit or piracy?

im looking to buy photoshop CS4 but its damn expensive.

I contacted a local design store and they would sell me a CS4 Serial key
because they have multiple keys that are registerable since they own an enterprise version.

so i dl the trial version and enter the key?

that is piracy and the computer store can be fined big time for that.. if you dont want to pirate then i would stay away.... now this is true of course if the keys they want to sell are from a stores copy of the application... say perhaps they have a deal worked out with adobe to sell the keys then it is legal... otherwise they can be charged liek 250000$
