Would this cradle work with Navigon?

I'm wondering if this:

would play the directions from Navigon through the car's speakers via FM.

I have experience with this Belkin one:

It worked great in securing the phone, plus it gives you a handsfree option. Worked fine with Navigon as well. It also has a line out if you don't want to use the FM for better sound quality.
