Would this HD be fine with my Macbook?

I have a 13 in mid 2010 mbp. Would this HD fit? If anyone has any other recommendations Id love to hear them, right now I have 250 gigs in my Mac and I would really like to bump it up to at least 500 gb. thanks!

Also is the price of the HD too much? I haven't been keeping track of the HD prices. So I'm not sure if a month ago it was 70 dollars or whatever, but if its gone up a lot Ill probably just wait until prices hopefully come down.
