iPod touch Would this mic work?

So i made a call on my touch today just to see if it works. Works great, i just dont have a mic. Would a mic/headset combo like this work?

Also, i think im calling with voip buster or voipstunt...cant remember which. Someone said the calls are limited to one minute, others say unlimited...which is it?
