If you wanted to include a link, you seem to have not done so.

As long as the RAM you want to get is 204-pin DDR3 SO-DIMM RAM, either 1066 MHz or 1333 MHz, it will work. I have 8 GB of 1333 MHz RAM in my mid-2009 MBP and it still runs. 8 GB is also the maximum.

It says 1060 MHz, so it should work then, right? And would 1333 MHz be faster than 1060 MHz?

It says 1066 MHz and yes, 1333 MHz would be faster, but not noticeable.

I went with Corsair 2x4GB 1333MHz RAM in my mid-2009. It works just fine.
