Would this router work with the ipod touch?

Hi, I am looking into buying an ipod touch. Would this wifi router work?

Would i have to do other adjustments other than plugging it in to my regular router and logging in with my ipod?

Yes, that and pretty much every other wireless router produced in the last five years would work.

its not wireless. it allows our 3 computers online without doing wireless..

You can just replace your current router with this, you don't need to create another node. There are four ethernet ports on the back, more than enough for your 3 wired computers - unless your current setup is gigabit.
