iPod touch Would this void my ipod touch warranty???

i was searching the forum for methods of jailbreaking an ipod touch and i came across appsnap.

by installing appsnap will it void my warranty?
and what are the risks. on their website it says the worst case is just having to restore it.

No, this will not void your warranty. If you ever need to take it in for repair or anything like that, just make sure you restore your ipod to factory settings.

technically it does void your warranty but as long as you have the ability to restore back to an unjailbroken state you are fine. I just had apple replace my touch under warranty- i did as the prior person said and restored it before i took it in.
