Pray tell how you "know" that it's a samsung display?

And what is the problem? Looks like a picture taken under poor lighting condidtions with a crappy camera - hard to figure out anything based on that.

Not sure what you see wrong with it. The first picture is an obvious bad camera. The second picture looks fine to me. Personally, I think people are being nitpicky and trying to find things wrong that they really don't see. I bought a 15 and a 13 and both look flawless to me. I find it hard to believe that people are truly finding problems with 4 or 5 returns in a row.
