Would you trade your iPhone 4 for an iPad 2??

I have 2 iPhones 3GS & 4 and I'm thinking about trying to find someone or craigslist to swap my iPhone 4 for an iPad 2. I already have a 16gb iPad 2 wifi but feel a second iPad would benefit my more at this point since I'm just gonna get the iPhone 5 in September.

So my question is would you trade ur i4 for an iPad 2? If so what do u think would be fair market value ie: 16gb, 32gb or 16gb 3G

I'm not asking u to trade with me I just wanna get a feel of what I should ask for in my listing

i have no idea what it's worth, but why not just do a search on ebay and craigslist to see what the going rate is for a used iphone4? you should have an answer pretty quickly.
