Wouldn't restoring an iPhone from backup due to a problem not fix it ?

If I backup my iPhone then erase all data due to some problem (e.g. Erratic behavior or random reboots), wouldn't I get the same issue back after restoring ? Or do some system files not get resorted ?

Good question, and my honest answer is "maybe".

Passwords do not get restored from my experience.

Could just be a hardware issue
