Yep. I hit 'reload' at least once every 15 min (and during the first day, much more often than that) for the last 48 hours and just now got in.
Our Premier admin was practically in tears she got so much abuse (not her fault at all of course).
I needed 3 new phones - 2 for our family plan and one for my corp account. I got one reservation for the 24th via the Store app and that was it. Extreme frustration to be sure.
