Wow -- Apple still can't figure out Daylight Savings Time

On Yosemite, in the Notifications Center, under Today, under Calendar, my events for today are all showing up an hour wrong.

However, in my Yosemite Calendar app, and in my iPhone in the Calendar app and in the Notifications Center, the events are showing up correct.

Speechless.
