Wow - Mavericks makes a huge difference to encoding!

Just trying out Mavericks and no more freezing Safari, and the encoding times are so much faster! With Mountain Lion, it would be fits and starts and Safari would freeze a lot. Also FPS is nearly double from what I was getting in ML!

Considering this is a beta, things are looking good!

I heard similar results from MacBook 2009 owners, so i think Apple optimized the decoding of H.264 via the IGP.
