Wow, my laptop and desktop can't access the Internet

Just 7 minutes ago, my Internet connection stopped working. I tried unplugging the router and modem but no luck. For some reason I am able to connect to the Internet via my iPhone and iPad. I'm screwed if I can't get my laptop or desktop working in the next 18 minutes

Edit: looks like my iPhone won't work, I'm stuck at 1 bar 3G
