WOW..not again!

anyone else have problems with random shut downs on their macbooks after the itunes and quicktime update? i've had so many problems with random shut downs and vertical lines for the past 2 months. resetting the PRAM i thought fixed it all, but it's happening again. i reset the pram yet again. if this doesn't work im throwing it out the window. im so sick of this sh**!
