The epicenter for both quakes was right off shore and only a few miles from Inglewood. That's why you (Leo) felt every bit of them. I didn't feel a thing last night in NoHo, nor in Glendale today.
 
Well yesterday (or today) at 2:20am i was awaken by a 3.5 earthquake!

And right about 10 minutes ago another was felt... it was a 3.7 by Santa Monica/Hermosa Beach AGAIN!

Californians generally don't get interested unless it's at least a 4.0... preferably a 4.5 or up.
