why ? how can i fix this problem ?

it's a recurring problem. on a page with a lot of ads and a lot of html/flash
the page keeps jumping up to the top of the scroll bar.

it especially happens when I click a dialogue box, such as this one. I click the area to input my text and it just jumps to the top and does not let me do anything about it, I can scroll down but as soon as I do it jumps back up to the top..

so annoying....

it's not the site that is questionable, it's not happening here, you're right...it is not happening here. i was HOPING you might have an answer for when it does happen.

are u saying that the site im at is not mac compatible or something ????

its all up to you guys otherwise i can submit a ticket to the site webmastr

How many sites does this occur on?
What OS are you using?
Are you using the latest version of Safari, and is it Safari 3 or 4?

If it is just one site, then it is very likely a scripting error on that site, it should fix the issue by disabling javascript, but generally you can't use anything on that page without it :p

Kind Regards
