.wp3 file convertion

I am new to the Mac world, and I love it, one problem I ran into was that my wife sends me photostory files in the form of .wp3. Any suggestions as to how I can convert these files into a viewable file on my powerbookg4?

I'm looking and looking, but can't find a thing that can play these files or convert them... Anyone any ideas?

http://dgrice.blogspot.com/2007/11/not-so-simple-solution.html has a solution posted (and don't get codecs from site you don't trust - the microsoft one linked is probably safe to install, so is flip4mac).

Hmm... That Zamzar converter doesn't seem to support wp3, and the other Microsoft software works only (as always) on Windows. So I need Windows for that, and if I'm in Windows I can watch the file anyway...

But thanks anyway, at least there is some solution.
