I have had issues changing my password before. I have gone through 2 AE already. Last night I tried to change my password and now my AE will not even connect. All I get is the steady yellow light. I tried to do a hard reset but it never went back to green.
As I said earlier I have been through this before with the guys at the genius store and they had no idea what was going on and they have replaced it twice. I am still under AppleCare but only for another couple of weeks. What happens when this continues to happen?
