I work at a company that uses WPA2 Enterprise with LEAP. They released specific instruction on how to set up the iPhone/touch on their intranet which I followed but it causes 2 major problems, one of which I was able to resolve (and I thought I'd post in case others are struggling with the Enterprise features of 2.0). I actually have a touch, not an iPhone, but I thought I post this here as wifi is handles similarly across platforms and there will be more Enterprise users here... let me know what you think.

Problem #1: Repeated failed authentication (sorta resolved)

I was surprised when setting up Wifi in the enterprise setting that there are no advanced options. All it asks for is your work SSID (which in my company is a hidden network), network type (WPA2-Enterprise), and username/password. No advanced settings to pick authentication type. So I fill this out exactly how the internal website instructed us, and I was able to connect. However, when I put the touch to sleep and the wifi radio shut off, the network would fail to reconnect upon waking the device up (see Problem #2). When I went into the network settings, the hidden SSID would show up in the list, but would appear and disappear every 2-3 seconds. I would tap on it, but it would think for a while and then bring up a password box. I would tap in my pw, and it would reject it. However, if I tapped "Other" in the SSID list and manually tapped in all the information again, it would work.

Well, the way I fixed this was a pain. My IT department was no help. So I downloaded the iPhone Configuration Web Utility (just Google it) and was able to manually set up the advanced settings for that network (including picking LEAP as the authentication). This solved the repeated password box issue above.

Problem #2: Enterprise network won't automatically reconnect
Anyone else noticing this? My home network (personal WPA) reconnects fine when I take it out of sleep mode, but my work network refuses to automatically reconnect. I have to go to the settings, wireless, and tap on the SSID to connect again. Very annoying because it completely disables "fetch" for email on the iPod touch.
