Wrapsol online warranty replacement form messed up?

I get to the
"Describe the issue you are having with your Wrapsol product" page and when pressing next get sent back to main Wrapsol page.

Tested this in 3 different browsers...

kk its funny cause they emailed me saying

"we will send another set. please complete the warranty process again."

it works for me. I did one last friday the 2nd and I did another one yesterday (i purchased ultra and original).
