Yes.
My impressions: 1 server for all europeans, so until a few days ago it was impossible to logon 11:00 to 23:00, now it mostly works, but lags soo much you can ride through a group of lvl 78 mobs (as lvl 70), nothing will happen, and when you are 100yards past them already and turn around they start to charge you, then you hear the getting beaten sound 2, 3 times and peng you are dead.
The world server dies pretty often, and you loose 2-5 mins of gameplay being restored to some snapshot a few mins ago.
Aside from this: some breathtaking scenery, lots of lots of mob-action more than in TBC (fights among them, among factions), many quests
