Wrist flick...keep screen on longer?

when I flick my wrist the screen seems to stay on for 5-6 seconds yet when I tap it it stays on for 15 seconds. Is there any way to increase the “wrist flick”screen on time?

You can go into the watch app on the phone and set screen on time to 70 sec.

That’s “on tap” and would change my 15 seconds to 70. I’m looking to change the 5-6 seconds from when I flick my wrist. That’s a different thing.
