While reading Re/Code today came across a few Apple watch articles. One was about the overall satisfaction of watch owners and I THINK it's the study/research that Apple uses in their 97% satisfaction rating for the Apple watch.
The research group has a "panel" of watch owners who've enrolled and answer a weekly survey questions.
If you're interested (I'm interested in all things apple watch related) you may want to go to: http://www.wristly.co and check it out.
