I would love to have the opportunity to read and write messages via iMesssage on my PC. Is there any way to do it?

I normally use Facebook Messenger to chat and share photos/weblinks with friends from my PC, but I want to use iMessage instead of FB products, but is there any way to access messages on my PC in the same way you can use FB Messenger cross-plattform?

E.g. open a message thread on PC - send a link to someone - open the same thread on my phone later on and have it synced.

iMessage only works on Apple products. You could do it if you had an iMac/Macbook, but not from a Windows PC.

Ok. So you are stuck with FB Messenger to easily communicate with people who don't use iOS-products (android etc.)

Whatsapp/Signal and so on aren't used around here.

Try to push people towards signal. The second best option after iMessage right now when it comes to privacy and cross platform compatibility.

Well, more like you are stuck with whatever everybody else are using.
In my country, even iPhone users don't use iMessage. Everybody's on whatsapp.
