If I do a backup of a hard drive; say hard drive A connected via usb,

to hard drive B connected via esata, would this be faster than backing up the drives if they were both plugged in via usb?

what set up would make for faster write times? when the hard drive being copied is plugged in via a faster interface like firewire, estata?

or when the hard drive being written or copied to is plugged in via a faster interface like firewire, esata?
