Writing emails in Outlook, letters after apostrophe keep capitalizing!

As I write emails in Outlook, I'm noticing that the letter immediately after the apostrophe like I'm or I've, keep capping!

So as I type, It's changing to I'M, or I'Ve or We'Re

wth!? this isn't happening anywhere except in Outlook!

I've had this problem as well.

I also was having many text size issues when replying and copying and pasting part of the email text from other sources.

I switched to using Mac Mail and am much happier. Outlook for Mac is a bit crap.

Word is fine, I've never had any issues with that.
