I'm going to run out of space on the Bootcamp partition of my harddrive soon so I tried to make a folder on the Mac side i would call "Windows overflow" but no matter where i tried to put it, a window came up saying I didn't have "permission" to Write there. How do I give my self "permission" to access my own harddrive?

Apple's Boot Camp driver only give you read access to the Mac partition. You'll have to use a third party driver to write on it.

A word of caution: Apple purposely makes it read only. Their reason is security. If a virus or other malicious software infects the Windows partition, it'll only harm the Windows half.
