wrong Apple ID coming up when trying to update apps on iphone4

The other day my boyfriend went to the App Store on his iphone4 to download the updates to his apps. Instead of his Apple Id coming up, my Apple ID came up and asked him for my password. How can he change this, so that his ID comes up and he can update his own apps? Thanks for any help!

Settings - iTunes & App Stores - Select current Apple ID, choose "Sign Out"

Then sign in with new Apple ID
