I noticed that battery level in coconutBattery is the same as when OSX is starting (where I can select user and type password for my ssd) but it's different from when I'm logged in - difference is about 4 percent points. Anyone experienced something like this/know what might cause that and how to fix it? I'm running macOS Sierra 10.12.4

Mac OS sierra introduced some new battery calculation algorithms which ESTIMATE battery usage depending on current programs, screen brightness etc. Where as coconut maybe estimating the current value of the battery under 0% load. Hard to say for certain. just to be safe conduct an SMC reset, but I wouldn't worry too much about 5%>. Anything more than that and its up for concern.
