Ever since I used a European (Vodafone) sim card as my second sim while on vacation, incoming call numbers are no longer properly formatted. This means even if a number is stored as a contact, the contact name does not appear when the phone is ringing.

For example, if contact John Doe has number 845-777-0000, when he calls the phone displays "8457770000 (Spain)" instead of "John Doe".

Obviously this is a problem as there's no way to know who is calling and if it's actually a known caller or not. There must be some setting that changed how the phone formats incoming call numbers, but I sure can't find it? It's a bit hard to post a screenshot without revealing real numbers, but here it is. All the "Spain" numbers are actually US calls.
