Wrong Formatted Webpages and Distorted Images

I don't know if I've used the right term, but, have a look for yourself:

This has started just a couple of days ago for no reason why.
Webpages across almost all browsers are having webpages formatted incorrectly and images display oddly.

These include Safari, Google Chrome, Rockmelt and Firefox.

I've done following so far:
  • PRAM Reset
  • Cleaned User Cache
  • Cleaned System Cache
  • Cleaned Browser Cache
  • Repaired Disk Permissions

any idea?
