iPhone 11 Pro Wrong memory size?

So I got an iPhone 11 Pro Max with 64 GB but now Im changing my mind and think I want the 256. I am on the apple upgrade program, is this something they will help me with and accommodate or no? Any ideas?

You'll have to return it, they will close out the loan and you'll have to start the process again.
