Wrong phone order IUP how to fix?

Dad went into a Apple Store and started a new IUP he wanted to order 2 7 Plus but the Apple guy ordered 7's. Whats the best way to fix this without going into the store? Store is hundred of miles from home. It was just a stop on a road trip.

Thanks, I see nothing in the confirmation emails about how to make a change so a call may be the only way.

We did call and cancel. Couldn't reorder until funds get reversed. Annoying situation.
