Hello all,:)

I need help with my mail account.
The image that is attached to every email I send is the wrong image!
I have changed the image in my account settings and it is still wrong.
The image keeps showing as one of my contacts and not me!

Just to clarify, the image I am taking about is to the right of the "From, Subject, Date...etc in each email.

PLEASE HELP ME as I can not figure out what is wrong.:(

That's not actually attached to your e-mails, it only shows in Mail. In messages you receive, it shows the image attached to that contact in your address book. I wasn't aware that it showed your picture on messages you've sent. Have you made sure your image in Address Book is correct?

Hi,

Yes, the image in address book is the one I want.
So, yo are saying that nobody will see that image apart from me?
thank you

So basically, all the emails in mail that are in my sent box have one of my other contacts pictures attached. (another person)
This is weird, but at least the messages are not going to other people.
Still, I would love to fix this. I have changed the image in my accounts and address book to no avail. :(

It's been a long time since the last reply, but hey, if it helps someone....

I had the same issue! One day I was like; how come it's XY picture instead of mine? So i went on that contact card in adresse book and guess what I found? My work email was assign to XY's card. I simply erased that field and mail automaticly change my sender's picture to the correct one!

Hope it helps!
