wrong time in weather app

the weather app is showing wrong time its 5 hours ahead of the local time. its 9:30AM now, weather detects it as 2:30PM. sunset is shown as 11:27 instead of 6:27. I have an iphone 6s(iOS 9.0.2). I checked my friends 6s and it also has the same issue and also noticed on 6 too. I am in Minneapolis, MN. Not sure if this is a issue with our city. Anyone else facing this? or do I have a setting which I am not aware of which is causing this behavior.
