wrong time

after i have been using windows 7 then rebooting into osx, it always displays the wrong time and i am constantly changing it... suggestions?

It is a known issue with how Windows interprets the system clock as being local and all other OSes treat is as GMT.

Have you installed the Boot Camp drivers? Set OS X to sync to network time?
