What the actual fawk?
So I got my 6+ in the mail. Been tracking the bae for 5 painful days from Zheng Zhou, China. My husband recorded my unboxing video, and I'm super excited as I'm getting the phone set up. I go to enter my billing zip and social security digits as per AT&T policy, and it tells me that my information is incorrect!!! Yes, the same information that I used to "preorder" this damned thing at 4am EST on 9/12
Anyway, I'm in disbelief as the error message keeps popping up. Eventually, the phone locked me out and a message appeared saying that I need to contact Apple to activate my phone. Da hell?
I call Apple. They ask me questions, put me on hold, call AT&T, put me on hold again, tell me to update iTunes, hold again, escalate my claim to "engineering", then tells me that they will call back within 24hrs
Anybody else experience this? I just want my damn phone to work.
