Wtf Apple!

So I ordered my macbook on the 11th, was told 1 to 2 biz day delivery, got a tracking # from fedex and it hasnt been updated in 2 days! So i called fedex and they say " We havent even recieved the package yet, call apple"! So I call apple and the tell me that they have to open a investigation and it will take atleast 24 hours to open! Then they spit in my face with a 25 dollar credit and I leave town saturday for the hollidays!

Im a big fan of calming down, the problen is I leave town for 2 weeks on vacation and ordered this with the notion it would be hear before I leave! I really didnt want to spend the first week of my vacation without a computer and chasing apple around confusing the! i just needed to vent, sorry :mad:

I feel your pain, but what are you hoping for from this thread? You were lucky to get that credit, as others haven't got anything for their 'mistreatment'.

Call them back and tell them that instead of a $25 credit you would like it to be moved to next day shipping as you are leaving for the Holidays on Saturday. Can't hurt to ask.

Also just because Fedex says they haven't received it doesn't mean that Apple hasn't already done their part... right now it could be either side.
 
Don't be afraid to call and talk to some higher up than CS person that answers the phone.
 
My MBP 17 is sitting here awaiting a call lable from Apple which so far has taken 1 week to get here!
Then I've got to wait at least 2 more weeks to get a replacement.
My second since ordering the original machine on the 10th November:eek:

They said that they would do the overnight shipping as well but by the time the figure that out I will be out of the country and I doubt that they will overnight me something to astria! And ya, Ive had issues with fedex before but apple confirms that they show no pick up from fedex! And I feel you guys having to wait 2 and three weeks, I knew I should have just brraved the mall and bought it at the apple store! Then they told me that I could cancel the order and get one at the store and I said " Shure ive got 3 grand Im willing to just float around during x-mas!

Maybe a stupid quesiton on my end...but is it possible to have it shipped where you're going on vacation?
 
Your reference to Christmas in post #7 is offensive to me and I suspect many others. Your vocabulary over utilizes "f" references - you sound as if you generate a lot of heat but not much light.
 
This thread is getting a little hot... Sorry to hear about your shipping problems, but lets just move on now...

Note: In the future, better luck might be had if you refrain from using profanity.
