wtf automatic installations

Hi guys, running Mac OS 10.15.7 and noticed Safari 14.1 auto installed.
Is this from the "Install system data files and security updates" being on?

Can't find reference to the installation in the system report tool.

Spooky to have things auto install, automatic download and installation of updates is off.
