WTF borderlands?

When I exit the game, it causes this to happen, why and how can I prevent it from happening again? It only fixes itself if I logout and log back in.

Better, but I was hoping you might get better response by describing the issue as well to get a better response, but I myself failed in my post to do just that.

So, I'm going to guess you are referencing the odd pixelation overlay on the right side of your Finder bar? I'm a novice at best with OSX, but can you restart Finder as opposed to logging out? I know when issues like that occurred in Windows, restarting whatever it was that glitched (like restarting explorer shell) would fix it without having to log out or reboot.

I'll give that a try, but seems like a pain in the butt to open the console everytime I get done playing...
