Just took a flashlight, and looked into the headphone jack, and dont see the water sensor anymore. Ive seen it before, but now im not seeing it. Im Just seeing the thing that its supposed to be attached to and then the disk companents more down. Have only dropped it once, and wasnt even a bad drop, adn was in a thick case(Knock on wood). Ill try to get a pic in a bit.

you probably got a piece of lint stuck down there from it being in your pocket or something....get some sort of thin, hook-like object and see if you can fish it out....if its not lint, then i have no clue...

The ant people of the Amazon have struck again! :p

Are you running the 3.0 beta? If so, I hear the sensors are gone with the 3.0 beta version.

I didn't think that was software related? Isn't it some piece of paper that changes colour when in contact with water?

Anywho, when I looked down mine all I can see is silver and a bit on white at the bottom. What should it look like when the phone has come into contact with water?

Pink, I believe.

And it is hardware-related. They're just having a little fun, that's all.

There appears to be some sort of silver contact at the bottom of my headphone port? Is the water sensor under that?
