This is SOOOOOOOO damn aggrevating I could spit nails. Sometimes the video works straight away and other times, without changing a thing it wont. Does anyone have a definitive guide on how to get this #&$^ing thing to work properly? Mac just work, but not iChat apparently.

Are you trying to use it with a PC user or just mac-mac? I've had nothing but trouble when trying to do video chat with ichat-aim lately, but I did have it working just fine about a month ago and nothing was changed on either end. I've since moved on to skype and/or mercury(although the video chat is really slow in mercury)
